Call For Applications: Moynihan Postdoctoral Fellowship in International Affairs

The Moynihan Center at The City College of New York is now accepting applications for the Moynihan Postdoctoral Fellowship in International Affairs!
The Moynihan Postdoctoral Fellowship in International Affairs is a two-year fellowship offering early-career scholars the opportunity to advance their research, gain meaningful teaching experience, and contribute to the intellectual life of both the Moynihan Center and the Master's in International Affairs (MIA) program within the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership. Fellows become integral members of a dynamic community that bridges disciplines, career stages, and perspectives, spanning undergraduate students to distinguished public scholars.
Key fellowship features include:
- Salary & Benefits: Annual salary of $72,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package through RF CUNY
- Research Support: $3,000 research supplement per year
- Teaching: Two courses per academic year within the MIA program or at the advanced undergraduate level
- Research: Dedicated time to pursue a rigorous research agenda engaging pressing challenges in international or public affairs
- Community: Participation in the weekly Moynihan Public Scholars Seminar and structured mentorship with Moynihan Undergraduate Fellows
- Workspace: Office space on CCNY's historic Harlem campus
- Start Date: August 2026
- Eligibility: Scholars with a Ph.D. in International Relations, Political Science, International Affairs, or a closely related field, conferred by time of appointment
