Last Tuesday, the Moynihan Center had the privilege of hosting a discussion featuring Dr. Zephyr Teachout and Dr. Julie Suk from Fordham Law, alongside Dr. Aziz Rana from Boston College. The event, moderated by Moynihan Public Scholar Dr. Daniel Steinmetz-Jenkins, was titled “The Crisis of the Constitution.”
The panel explored the current landscape of constitutional democracy in America, exploring the factors that have led to the current moment of flux and uncertainty and contemplating the future trajectory of our constitutional order. Attendees included Moynihan Undergraduate Fellows, students and faculty from CCNY, and guests from the community. Following the panel discussion, the audience had the opportunity to engage directly with panelists during a lively Q&A session.
We extend our gratitude to Dr. Teachout, Dr. Suk, Dr. Rana, and Dr. Steinmetz-Jenkins for sharing their expertise. Be sure to RSVP for our next public event, “Sex-based Medicine: Helpful or Harmful?” on March 13.
