2024 Undergraduate Fellows
Meet the Next Generation of Public Service Leaders!
We are thrilled to announce the newest cohort of Moynihan Public Service Fellows. Out of a pool of 100 applicants, 22 students stood out for their academic achievements, their desire to serve the public, and their eagerness to join an intellectual community committed to robust civic discourse. Each Fellow will receive up to $10,000 in financial support, including a paid summer internship. Congratulations and welcome to the 2024 Moynihan Fellows!
A Microcosm of New York City’s Diversity
Set on a campus that is 80% people of color, 50% immigrant, and majority first-generation college students, the Moynihan Public Service Fellowship opens doors for future civic leaders who represent the cultural and intellectual diversity of New York City. But our students aren’t just demographically diverse—this year’s cohort represents 10 distinct majors and 11 second majors or minors.
For New York, By New York
The 2024 cohort of Moynihan Public Service Fellows hail from four boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester. And as they say, “if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere.”
New Voices, Diverse Perspectives
The Moynihan Undergraduate Fellowship supports promising undergraduate students with a passion for public service and civic dialogue. Yearly cohorts are composed of students from diverse disciplines, backgrounds, and perspectives—each called to serve and challenged to carve out a unique career trajectory in public affairs.
