Call for Applications: 2026 Moynihan Public Service Fellowship

The Moynihan Center at The City College of New York is now accepting applications for the 2026 cohort of Moynihan Public Service Fellows!

The Moynihan Public Service Fellowship is a transformative two-year program that prepares promising CCNY students for impactful careers in government, policy research, and civic leadership. Fellows join a dynamic intellectual community that spans several career stages, from peer undergraduates to distinguished practitioners, while engaging in a unique curriculum that combines rigorous academic study with practical professional development. 

Key internship features include:

  • Financial Support: Up to $20,000 over two years

  • Internship: Two fully-funded internships at government agencies or policy-focused nonprofits

  • Curriculum: Four distinctive courses on power, politics, and policy

  • Professional Development: Training in professional communication, interview prep, networking skills, and career planning

  • Networking: Community of fellows and alumni offering mentorship and career guidance

  • Events: Exclusive access to Moynihan Center programs, including fellows-only seminars

  • Eligibility: Full-time City College students pursuing government or policy careers
